What is the protocol for unfavorable weather?
Your well-being is our highest concern. Should our captain judge the weather risky, we will propose an alternative date or issue a complete refund. We keep a close eye on weather reports and will reach out if the forecast looks uncertain 24 hours before your set departure.
May I bring personal refreshments?
Certainly, personal food and drinks are allowed. We also provide customized catering services to suit your tastes. Note that for safety, glass items are not authorized on board.

What if I need to cancel?
If cancellation occurs 72 hours before departure, a full refund is provided. Those made between 24–72 hours before departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, barring unsafe weather or mechanical failures on our part.
